How do I book my experience?
Choose your experience on the tickets page, pick a time and number of people, pay online. Your confirmation arrives by email. The arcade you play directly on site, without booking.

Which experience suits us?
Team action: Hero Zone VR and Neon Laser Tag. Movement on the light floor: Pixel Games. Puzzles and teamwork: VR Escape Rooms and Mission Games. For kids: Family World. Racing feeling: Racing. Spontaneous rounds: Arcade.

What ages are the experiences suitable for?
Family World: children aged 1 to 14; babies under 1 go free. Hero Zone VR: ages 6+, some game worlds from 8. VR Escape Rooms and Neon Laser Tag: ages 8+. Racing: minimum height 1.40 m. Pixel Games: for kids and adults.

Do accompanying adults need a ticket for the Family World?
Yes. Children aged 3 to 14: €14.90 for 3 hours or €19.90 for the day. Toddlers aged 1 to 2 and accompanying persons aged 15+: €7.90 or €9.90. Babies under 1 go free.

What does open session mean for Pixel Games?
You book individual places in a session with up to 7 players. Other guests can book any free places. Want to keep it to yourselves? Then book all 7 places.

How much time should we allow?
Pixel Games 30 minutes, Racing 30 minutes, Hero Zone VR and VR Escape Rooms 45 minutes each, Neon Laser Tag about 75 minutes (3 × 15 minutes of play plus briefing), Family World 3 hours or the whole day. Allow 15 minutes beforehand for check-in in each case.

How do we enquire about a birthday or corporate event?
Via the Birthdays or Corporate Events page: enter your preferred date, group size and favourite experiences, and for birthdays also the age. You'll receive an offer; the enquiry is non-binding.
