TERMS AND CONDITIONS
General terms and conditions for bookings, tickets, gift vouchers and events at ARCADIA Dachau. This English version is provided for convenience; the German version is legally binding.

1. SCOPE
These general terms and conditions apply to contracts between 247 Trading GmbH as operator of ARCADIA Dachau and its customers for the booking and use of experiences, tickets, events, gift vouchers and other ARCADIA services.
They apply in particular to bookings via our website, via the Regiondo booking and ticketing system we use, and to other bookings made expressly subject to these terms.
Deviating terms of the customer only apply if we have expressly agreed to them.
Supplementary conditions may apply to individual experiences, tickets, events or special offers. Such supplementary conditions will be pointed out before the respective booking is concluded.

Soweit bei der jeweiligen Buchung nicht ausdrücklich ein anderer Anbieter angegeben wird, kommt der Vertrag über die gebuchte ARCADIA-Leistung unmittelbar mit der 247 Trading GmbH zustande.
3. ONLINE BOOKINGS VIA REGIONDO
We use the Regiondo booking and ticketing system for the technical processing and management of our online bookings, tickets and reservations.
Regiondo may be embedded directly in our website and work in the background of the booking process.
Regiondo provides the technical booking platform. The provider and contracting party for the experience booked at ARCADIA remains 247 Trading GmbH, unless expressly stated otherwise in the respective booking process.
The use of Regiondo therefore does not change the fact that the booked experience is offered and carried out by ARCADIA.
Booking confirmations, tickets, appointment confirmations or other booking information may be provided or sent technically via Regiondo.
4. TICKET USE AND ENTRY
Tickets purchased are tied to fixed time slots. If a guest arrives late, there is no entitlement to an extension or refund of the time missed. Access to the experiences is only permitted with a valid ticket.
5. FINAL PROVISIONS
Should parts of these terms become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively. If the contracting party is a merchant, Dachau is the agreed place of jurisdiction for all legal disputes.
